Do my customers need an account?

No. Each quote is shared through a private link that expires. Customers can view, ask a question, accept or decline without signing up.

Can I take a deposit?

Yes. Set a deposit percentage per quote or as a default for your business. On Professional and Business plans the deposit is requested at the moment the customer accepts.

Does QuoteLoop handle VAT?

Yes. Set whether you are tax registered, your default rate and the label you use. Tax is shown as a separate line on every quote.

What happens when a customer accepts?

Accepted Answer

The quote is locked and stored exactly as accepted, with the customer's name, timestamp and the terms they agreed. Follow-ups stop automatically and you can convert it into a job.

Can I add my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners invite team members by email and choose what each person can see and do. Professional includes up to 5 people, Business up to 25.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling keeps your account active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Is my data mine?

Accepted Answer

Always. You can export customers, quotes and reports to CSV whenever you like, and request deletion of your business data.
