Acceptable use policy
Contacting customers
Only add contacts who have asked you for a quote or otherwise agreed to hear from you. QuoteLoop's follow-ups are transactional messages about a specific quote; they must not be used as a marketing list.
Content
Do not upload or send unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, malware, or material that misrepresents the price, scope or terms of the work you are quoting.
Security
Do not attempt to access another business's workspace, tamper with quote or portal links, probe or overload the service, or bypass plan limits. Report any vulnerability you find to support@quoteloop.app rather than exploiting it.
Fair use
Automated bulk creation of quotes or enquiries, sharing a single seat between multiple people, or reselling access without agreement are not permitted.
Enforcement
We may suspend sending, limit features or close an account that breaches this policy. Where the breach is minor we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
