Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your login secure and be responsible for everything done under your account. One person may not share a single seat with others; add team members instead.

Plans, trials and billing

Trials last 14 days and need no card. Paid plans renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and may change with at least 30 days' notice.

You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; we do not refund part periods unless the law requires it.

Acceptable use

You must not use QuoteLoop to send unsolicited marketing, store unlawful content, attempt to access another business's data, or resell the service without our agreement. See our acceptable use policy for detail.

Your content and your customers

Your workspace data stays yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it, and you confirm you have the right to store the customer details you add and to contact those customers.

Quotes and payments

QuoteLoop produces quote documents and records acceptances and payments on your behalf. The contract for any job is between you and your customer; we are not a party to it and we do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

Availability and liability

We work to keep QuoteLoop available and backed up but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law our liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We never exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end an account for serious or repeated breach of these terms, giving notice where reasonably possible. You can export your data before the account closes.
